Refund policy

 

At Fabrilier, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original tag and packaging intact. Products returned without tags, with damaged tags, or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

To claim any issue such as damage, defect, or wrong product, video proof is mandatory before opening the parcel. If no proper unboxing video is provided, defective or damaged product claims will not be accepted.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item passes quality inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. Sale or clearance items may be marked as non-returnable or exchange-only at our discretion.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
